These turkeys are tough. They aren't even scared of my huge dog. They just walk right past him when he's laying in the yard. So funny!

Turkey hunting is one of the more dangerous for hunting accidents. People will take "sound shots" at movement in the woods, anything turkey colored gets shot at like cat said. Having your back against a solid object is a great tactic;.

I use a 20-gauge, but turkeys need to be pretty close for me to take a shot
